breaks down the internal network traffic so that the various protocols activity, associated with each IP address, can be identified. This allows an administrator to identify both legitimate and illicit HTTP, Email, DNS, and unique server traffic and take action if necessary.

Clicking on the column headings will re-sort the report, in ascending or descending order, by the values of that column.

• Clicking on an entry in the IP Address, Username or Hostname columns will open the traffic details reports for the selected identifier. (Detail Reports by user - online Help)
• Click on the 'Add to Favorites' icon at the upper right of the report to add this report to your list of commonly accessed Traffic Classification reports.

The Tools panel includes a reports-related database SEARCH utility and 'Toolbox' items to assist with extracting data from the database and formatting it into reports, files and print documents.

• Search - To retrieve and display data from the database, enter the IP Address, Application Name, User Name or Host Name in the search field and submit the query. The Advanced Search function allows you to combine the search parameters to create a more precise report. Wildcard characters ( * ) can be used to extend the search argument. A lone 'wildcard' character will return all entries for this table.
• >Date Range - Database searches can be defined by calendar days and time using the Date Range and Time Range functions. Select individual days by clicking on the calendar date. Select groups of days using a 'click-and-drag' operation.
  To add a Time Range to the search parameters, click on the 'Add Time Range' check box, enter the appropriate time range values and submit the search query.
• Export Report to CSV - This utility will format and export the displayed data into a CSV (Comma Separated Variables) file. The formatted file is stored in the 'Exports' subdirectory of the Security Server's application directory. Click on the 'Download' link on the Export Complete dialog to view the exported data in a browser window.
• Print Report to PDF - This utility will format and generate a .PDF file for the displayed data. The resulting .PDF will be displayed in a reader window, from which it can be saved and/or printed.
