What does this report tell me?
The Supervise Spam Report displays a list of requests from end-users via their Spam Mail Summaries to forward or allow mail that TTC’s Spam Mail Blocker (SMB) previously blocked as Spam.

• To - This column shows the email recipient’s address and the IP address of the email server receiving the message. Click on the IP address link to view a set of more detailed reports for that mail server.
• From - This column shows the email sender’s address and the IP address of the email server sending the message. Click on the IP address link to view a reverse DNS lookup of the sending mail server.
• Subject - This column shows the subject of the specified email message.
• Status - This column shows the reason why the SMB allowed or blocked the message.
• Time - This column shows the time the SMB received the message.
• Allow Once - Click on the Allow Once link to forward specified email one time.
• Always Allow - Click on the Always Allow link to add the sender’s email address to the recipient’s Auto Allow List.
• Deny - Click on the Deny link to delete the request and take no further action.
