Authenticated Users Report

What does this report tell me?
The Authenticated Users report shows all the users on the network that have authenticated through Total Traffic Control’s Content Filter in an attempt to bypass a TTC blocked page.

Why should I use this report?
This report is a quick way to see who has successfully passed the authentication prompt when you have configured Total Traffic Control’s Content Filter to Authenticate All Sessions or Only Blocked Sessions. TTC has Content Filter Authentication disabled by default, so unless you enable it, and users have authenticated, this report should be empty.

How do I read it?
TTC generates this report by default in historical order by date and time of the authenticated session. To speed your search, you can sort by the report headings or use the Search function to find a specific User, Group or IP. The following explains the report's components and links:

IP Address - This column shows the IP address of the computer where the user authenticated. Click on the IP Address link to review a set of detailed set of reports for that IP.
User - This column shows the logged-in user’s name that received the blocked page. Click on the User link to review a set of detailed reports for that User.
Groups - This column shows the groups in which the user belongs.
OU - This column shows the Organizational Unit in which the user belongs.
Time - This column shows the time when the user last authenticated.
Force Logout - Click on the Force Logout link to un-authenticate the specified user. The user may have to re-authenticate depending on the authentication mode selected.
