To support the monitoring and management of this TTC Server, the Server Status page provides a dynamic status report for the server, as well as functions as a services control interface to stop and start network traffic management operations.
Detailed status information includes current software and database update statistics, as well as information regarding the current operational system hardware and networking components on the server.  A link is available to open a dialog and to create and electronically submit a fully documented support request to the Lightspeed Customer Support department. • Stop Services - Click on this button to immediately interrupt traffic control services provided by the server.
• Restart Services - Click on this button to restart the traffic control services and resume normal traffic management operations.
• Contact Customer Support - Clicking on the link at the bottom of the status report will open the service request dialog.  There, you will be directed to provide contact information and a description of the problem you are reporting.  A complete package of all system information and operational logs will be electronically submitted to Lightspeed Customer Support engineers, along with your support request.  This additional information will serve to expedite the resolution of any problem you've encountered with your TTC server.(more Help)
